Individuals
As a consumer you may have a number of loyalty cards in your wallet or purse. Every time you make a purchase, you find yourself flipping through a deck of cards to find the right one. Usually, to redeem the loyalty points or gain the reward, you need to return to that exact store, or in some cases that chain of stores. ClubMaster now offers you a simple card system, or even better, a simple online loyalty system across a range of rewards programmes. One system for life. The ClubMaster Associate where you earn your points is able to enable you to spend your points at other businesses. Most importantly, there is no cost for you to be a ClubMaster member.
Organisations
As an organisation you enjoy the benefits offered to individual ClubMaster Members, with the added benefits of the sharing of points between staff members. You may determine the levels of access by the staff to the points program, which can form part of your employee bonus scheme, or you may use the points for business purchases. You don't need to be running a loyalty program yourself to be a ClubMaster Corporate Member. And right now, ClubMaster is offering fee free Corporate Memberships.
Business Associates
You may already be running a loyalty program, or you may be wishing to start one for the benefit of your customers and clients, and ultimately to assist with your own business growth. You may be a national group, a small franchise chain, or a single independent business. You may not be in retail but see the benefits of operating a rewards program to encourage greater customer loyalty. ClubMaster invites you to become a ClubMaster Associate.
